These Terms and Conditions of Service govern the use of hosting services, VPS servers, and game servers provided by Hosteate Solutions S.L.

  • Client: Person or entity using our Services.
  • Services: Includes hosting, VPS servers, and game servers provided by Hosteate Solutions S.L under the Host Players brand.
  • Content: All material, data, software, files, and any other content hosted on our servers.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of accepting these Terms.

4. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective once published on our website. It is the Client's responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

5. Use of Services

5.1. Permitted Use

The Client agrees to use the Services lawfully and ethically, in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.

5.2. Prohibited Use

Using our Services for the following is prohibited:

  • Illegal or fraudulent activities.
  • Distribution of malware, viruses, or other malicious software.
  • Sending spam or unsolicited emails.
  • Hosting illegal, offensive, defamatory content, or content infringing third-party rights.

6. Payments and Billing

6.1. Fees

The Client agrees to pay the applicable fees for the Services, as specified on our website or in the specific contract.

6.2. Billing

Invoices will be issued monthly, yearly, or at another agreed frequency. Payment must be made within the terms specified on the invoice.

6.3. Refunds

Refund requests are evaluated case by case and are subject to our refund policy.

7. Termination

The Client may cancel the Services at any time by written notice to the Company.

7.2. By the Company

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Client's access to the Services for any breach of these Terms or any other justified reason.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. No Warranties

Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Services.

8.2. Disclaimer of Liability

Hosteate Solutions S.L is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use arising from use of or inability to use the Services.

9. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hosteate Solutions S.L from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from the Client's use of the Services.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to software, content, and trademarks, are owned by Hosteate Solutions S.L or its licensors.

The Client acquires no rights over them except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising in relation to these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Spanish courts.
